The Bible speaks tenderly to our anxiety, knowing we are often burdened by worry. In Philippians 4:6-7, we are invited to bring our worries to God: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Here, God welcomes us to come to Him with all our concerns. Instead of being weighed down, we pray and trust Him.
Jesus, our loving Savior, assures us of God's care in Matthew 6:25-34, encouraging us not to worry about our needs, for our Heavenly Father knows them. He points out how God cares for the birds and the flowers, reminding us of our greater worth to Him. Trusting God means focusing on His kingdom and righteousness, understanding He provides for us.
Anxiety is common, but Jesus calls us to cast our burdens on Him, for He cares deeply for us (1 Peter 5:7). By trusting in Christ, we find a peace that reassures our hearts. He is Lord over all, guiding us through every anxious moment, inviting us to lean on His strength and grace.
